• Bomboncito is an event by invitation only. Therefore, your invitation is personal and non-transferable.
• In case you need to cancel, we reimburse your registration fee until 31 January 2025 with a deduction of CHF 30. No compensation will be granted after that date.
• In case we need to cancel the event, we will reimburse you the registration fee with a pro bono deduction of CHF 15 to compensate parts of our costs. Reasons to cancel could be any official regulations which would not allow us to conduct the event in the way we would like it to be and you would it expect it to be.
• We reserve the right to change the program at any time.
• Swiss data protection law applies, you consent that we are keeping and processing your submitted data. We guarantee to handle your data strictly confidential.
• You give us permission to take pictures and/or videos during the event and publish them online. 
• This is a private event organized by the association 'Amigos de Tango Argentino Basel'. The association cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue. In case of the cancellation of the event, the association may not assume any liability for personal costs involved.
